THE ALIVE MAN

The Alive Man is offered by Gettin Lost Is Being Found, LLC, doing business as Getting Lost Is Being Found (“GLIBF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: brandon@gettinlostisbeingfound.com. These Terms govern use of The Alive Man course, related materials, and associated websites or checkout pages.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By purchasing or accessing The Alive Man, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the course.
2. Course description
The Alive Man is a self-paced educational experience concerning sexuality, embodiment, desire, emotional awareness, relationships, and intimacy. It currently includes six modules, 18 lessons, six embodied practices, The Alive Man Field Guide companion resource, a recorded conversation with Darci, and closing materials. Content and presentation may be reasonably updated or reorganized over time.
3. Pricing and payment
The founding price is $397 for the first 50 completed enrollments, after which the regular listed price is $597, unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout. Payment is due in full at purchase. Any applicable taxes and the final charge will be shown at checkout. This purchase is not a recurring subscription unless a different offer explicitly states otherwise.
4. All sales final — no refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because The Alive Man is digital content and course access is made available after purchase, GLIBF does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, failure to participate, non-use, or dissatisfaction with the course. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a technical access problem, contact brandon@gettinlostisbeingfound.com so we can attempt to resolve it. Any refund legally required or expressly approved by GLIBF may result in termination of course access. See also our Refund Policy.
5. Access and account security
Your purchase provides personal, nontransferable access to the purchased course. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as GLIBF continues to make the purchased course available, subject to platform availability, these Terms, and applicable law; it is not a guarantee that a particular third-party platform will operate forever. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of a planned permanent discontinuation when practical. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or allow others to use it.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Videos, audio, text, downloads, worksheets, graphics, trademarks, and other course materials are owned by GLIBF or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use them for your own personal, noncommercial education. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, upload to other platforms, teach from, or create commercial derivative products using course materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.
7. Educational and wellness disclaimer
The Alive Man provides general educational information and experiential practices. It is not medical advice, psychotherapy, sex therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for individualized care from qualified professionals. Participation does not establish a clinician-patient or therapist-client relationship. You are responsible for deciding whether any practice is appropriate for you. Stop any practice that causes significant distress or discomfort, and seek professional guidance when appropriate. 8. Relationships, consent and personal responsibility
Course discussions about desire, polarity, intimacy, or communication do not create any entitlement to another person’s body, attention, or sexual participation. Consent, personal boundaries, and applicable law must always be respected. You are responsible for your own choices and conduct. We do not promise more sex, improved partner desire, reconciliation, improved sexual functioning, or any specific personal or relationship result.
9. Community and conduct
If GLIBF offers optional course comments, community spaces, or live discussions, participants must respect others’ privacy and boundaries; must not harass, threaten, exploit, or share another person’s personal disclosures; and must not post unlawful or infringing material. GLIBF may moderate or restrict access for material violations of these rules, consistent with applicable law. No community membership or live access is included unless expressly listed in the offer purchased.
10. Third-party services
Course delivery, payments, email, analytics, and messaging may use third-party providers, including Kajabi and payment processors. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. GLIBF is not responsible for interruptions outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to address access issues.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the course and materials are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of particular outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, GLIBF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the course.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will post an updated effective date. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
